House with a rustic / modern style , with accommodation for 10 people distributed in the following manner:

 

On the ground floor you will find a wide hall that gives access to a large living-dining room , a laundry room, kitchen and a toilette, also double room with an on suite bathroom with shower. On the ground floor you can also find a second kitchen, with barbecue included inside and a large table to have meals indoors.

The kitchens and living-room they all have direct access to the terrace with a large porch furnished to have meals or just to have a cup of cofee.

 

On the first floor, you will find four rooms, all of them doubles, two of them with two single beds. There is also a shared bathroom in the passageway with a shower. The third room has a kingsize bed, a sofa a tv and an on suite bathroom with shower. And the fourth room has a kingsize bed, an on suite bathroom with bath, an a private lounge room with television and two confortable armchairs, i this room you can find a cot for children up to 7 years old and a cot for babies.

 

The terrace has one large swimming pool 12m x 5m ecologically treated , a separate bathroom outside next to the swimmingpool, and two awesome double sunbeds where you can relax under the warm sun of Mallorca.
